At Cargopilot, we are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal and business information. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We take the protection of your data seriously and have implemented appropriate measures to keep it secure.
Each tenant operates in a fully isolated data environment. Business data is never shared or accessible across tenants. Master/sub-business hierarchies enforce strict write guards preventing unauthorised modifications to inherited data.
Enterprise customers can deploy Cargopilot in their own infrastructure for full data sovereignty. Self-hosted instances give organisations complete control over where their data resides and how it is accessed.
Full API access is included on both the Starter and Enterprise plans, with authenticated access. No API rate limiting is applied, but all requests are authenticated and authorised against tenant-scoped permissions.
Every shipment status change, quotation, and booking is recorded with who made it and when. Tracking events from each carrier are kept against the shipment, so a delivery dispute starts from the record, not from memory.
You have full access to your data at all times via API or data export. There is no vendor lock-in, so you can migrate between supported integrations without disrupting your business operations. Data backups can be provided on request.
All integrations with third-party platforms (eCommerce, accounting, CRM, workflow tools) use secure authentication methods. Webhook endpoints support verification. RabbitMQ connections are encrypted.
